The GRANZA staff has been in the real estate and lending fields for decades.  We truly understand the importance of keeping your information confidential.  The last thing anybody wants is a bunch of email "Spam" or other unauthorized solicitations.  GRANZA automatically encrypts your confidential financial information while it is in transit from your computer to ours, using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.  If and when you have apply for a service through GRANZA, your information is ONLY shared with those parties who are directly involved with your transaction. These are TEAM services which typically include loan officers, Realtors®, bank underwriters, escrow companies or other closing related services.  Rewards Providers never receive any of your personal information other than your name, to ensure authenticity of your discount coupons.  No addresses, phone numbers or other personal information is ever released.  We do not sell customer information.  We never arbitrarily release your personal information to anyone unless you expressly wish us to do so.
