The Granza marketing system provides Realtors®, mortgage lenders and the businesses they choose to add, with a private, internet-based referral network.  One of the tools used in the networking process are automated discount coupons provided by the businesses.  An automated "drip email" campaign keeps everyone in touch.  Once a business is on board, the whole process is maintenance free.
 
NOTE:  You must create a minimum of two best deal coupons.  We encourage you to do more to best represent all of your products and services.  Make your "best deal" discounts as attractive as possible!  The goal is to motivate customers to come to your place of business, then get repeat business and referrals at your regular or slightly discounted prices.  We strongly suggest a MINIMUM discount of 15% off your regular publicized prices.

Granza has two goals for your business.  The first is to send you new customers.  We want you to increase your customer traffic by networking with Realtors® and loan originators.  (They are called Team Leaders or TL's for short).  Your long term goal is to get repeat business and referrals at your regular or slightly discounted prices.  Your "Team Leader" gets to offer your great discounts to attract more customers to them, then to you!  If you do business locally (versus on the internet), the second goal is to set your company up with a Local Business/Employee Benefits Program.  Your employees will get private discounts from the other businesses and may also receive cash discounts or rebates on loan and real estate transactions. This helps the Team Leader with their business which is very important. Don't forget to recommend your Team Leader to customers of yours.  That's networking, Granza style!

Your Rapid Rewards screen sends an introductory email to an employee, friend, customer or prospect of yours and adds them into the private network of your Team Leader.  The automated e-marketing campaign begins and through viral growth, they can forward entry into the network to their friends, family, etc.  This helps your business reach more potential customers without spending a dime.  There is no spam, just an occasional email from the TL.  Clicking on a special email link logs them into the network, where your business is listed.  As long as you remain in the network, you receive free marketing, networking and advertising.  You can view the initial email that is being sent to your customer by clicking on the introductory email link on the Rapid Rewards screen.  It is located at the bottom, next to the GO! button.
 
Refer non-competing businesses to the network to help you make more money.  The network also includes the employees, customers and prospects of other companies, so it is very important to refer other non competing businesses to your TL!  Just like you, your business referral will receive no cost advertising, networking and promotion within the private network. They will also receive preferred pricing on real estate and mortgage products. As a business in the network, you and your employees get their one time best deal discounts. Your products or services will be made available to their employees, which helps you. Everyone wins. New customers moving into the area that use Realtors®
and mortgage lenders in the network will be introduced to your business first!
   
Make your coupons as attractive as possible to increase the likelihood of the new customers redeeming them!  Average discounts will not attract much attention.  On most products, a discount of 15% or more is strongly suggested.  In the case of your lower priced items, only a much larger discount will make sense. For example, a $3 item with 15% off is a savings of 45 cents.  Will this get you a new customer?  Not likely.  Remember, your best deal discount is only once per customer unless you decide otherwise.  Use the Customer Loyalty Discount to offer a continuous, on-going smaller discount on a service needed regularly.  You want them to become a regular customer for future business and get their referrals for new customers.  Don't solely concentrate on profits with first time customers.  That's not the point.  With a lower profit or even a breakeven, you may get those valuable repeat customers.
