If you are an
EXISTING CUSTOMER, simply enter your user name and password to log in.
At that point, your name appears at the top right of the screen. Just click
on My Granza to get in to your record. Use the menu to the
left to request a new service. Your Team Leader and their contact information is
available on each of your completed service requests.
For NEW CUSTOMERS, you can get started two different ways.
You can either register first at New User Sign Up, or, go straight to a
service request. Find the service that you need on the menu to the
left. Just click and follow the simple steps. If you are buying a
new home, for example and need a home loan as well, click on Find
A New Home. It will ask you if you also need a new home loan.
All forms allow you to make additional service requests. Granza "Smart
Forms" are designed to be super easy to use. After you submit your request, it is
automatically routed to your Team Leader. GRANZA requests are of the highest priority to local
professionals. The Team Leader calls you to review your request,
then assigns the best people for the job. They take care of everything you need from start to finish.
This includes your Team Lender, Realtor®, appraiser, title
company--all the components of your transaction.
