Q: How does the Granza Team system work?
A:
Granza Team Leaders and Team Members are simply independent lenders, Realtors® and other real estate professionals. To use Granza and join the private network, you first apply for a service at the Granza web site.  After you fill out a Granza "Smart Form", your service request(s) are sent to the Team Leader (TL) you have requested. The TL is either a Realtor® or lender, whether you will need their particular service or not. They analyze your request and assign the most competitive, qualified, professionals to handle each task. This is far easier than the customer trying to determine the best people for the job.
 
Q: How do I apply for real estate and lending services and choose my Rewards?
A:
Select a service on the far left.  Use the Bonus Code that appears on a Team's advertising materials whenever possible. Each of the Granza "Smart Forms" allows you to choose other services too. There are always three choices per form. For example, the Find A New Home form also lets you check a box which lets you request a new home loan to go along with your home purchase, and asks if you need to sell a home too. The Sell A Home "Smart Form" asks if you also need to find a new home, etc.  You must close your transaction using a Granza team service to get your Rewards. Click on the form and follow the simple instructions. The total value of your Granza Rewards are shown right up front.
 
Q: What makes Granza Rewards special?
A:
Granza has rewritten the book on special business arrangements. This is done through a private network, with your TL heading it. Substantial discounts on a wide variety of name brand goods and services are arranged and given to the customers of your TL only. They're a lot more fun than the average gift basket you get (if you're lucky!) after you close. Businesses that sign up with Granza to be a "Rewards Provider" must agree to guarantee our customers their very BEST deal discounts, in the form of coupons, using our private system. The various categories of Granza Rewards are shown on the Granza home page. Granza charges nothing to these businesses because we want all possible benefits to be given to the customer--that's you! You are always entitled to all 10 Granza Rewards Categories. GRANZA REWARDS you with tens of thousands of dollars in guaranteed, best deals from retail businesses, just for using the real estate services you need anyway! 
 
Q: How do Granza Rewards work for my particular situation? 
A:
Access to the private network and Rewards are based on you closing with your TL. You always get ALL the Rewards from each business in all 10 categories.  Customers typically receive several hundred best deal private coupons.  Rewards will vary in different areas. In most of the country, Rewards come from nationally based specialty businesses that provide their products and services over the internet. Certain cities have a large number of local businesses involved with Granza as well. Granza is adding more businesses all the time.
 
Q: I own a business.  Can we join Granza?
A:
In most cases, yes.  For more information, contact your TL.
 
Q: How do I change my user information?
A:
Log in at the top right of the screen, or use the link from an email you received from your TL. To edit information, click on "My Granza" at the top right of the page. Click on the "Modify Account Information?" Don't forget to save your changes. Your TL will also be sent an email with your changes.
 
Q: How would my Rewards be affected if I use a Team Leader out of my transaction area?
A:
Granza gives you hundreds of coupons from internet based, national specialty businesses that sell name brands, no matter where you are located. Some TL have additional businesses on board that are local to them. It may be harder for you to use them if you are not close to those local businesses. You can email those coupons to a friend or relative local to that area. All you have to do is enter their email address and you can send them to anyone. Don't waste those special Granza deals.  As a matter of fact, you can send ALL Granza Rewards to anyone you wish. You can do this any time after you receive your Granza Rewards.
 
Q: How do I view the Rewards on a transaction before I close my deal? 
A:
Log in using your user name and password. That takes you to the "My Granza" page. You will not be able to see the details on specific Rewards on the Granza web site until your transaction has closed. Your TL, however, has the details and can help you beforehand. 
 
Q: What if I had originally requested to buy a home and get a home loan through my Granza Team, but ended up getting a loan elsewhere?
A:
As long as you use your Granza lender or Realtor®, you will get your Rewards. Any "Bonus Dollars" (see below) may be affected, however. This is because they come from that specific lender or Realtor®.
 
Q: What is the difference between "Bonus Dollars" and Granza Rewards?
A:
Bonus Dollars are additional discounts that the local Granza Team Members may be offering. They are cash discounts or rebates related directly to a particular real estate or mortgage service. Each individual Team Member has a unique Bonus Code. You can find it on their marketing flyers, or you can call them to get it. If you have a Bonus Code, it is entered when you apply for a Granza real estate or mortgage service Any Bonus Dollars being offered will appear when you first apply. Not all Teams offer them. Ask your TL if you are not sure.
 
Q: When do I get my Granza Rewards coupons and how long do I have to use them? 
A:
Access to your Granza Rewards are given to you one of two ways; 1) after your transaction has closed, or 2) upfront by your TL in some cases.  A special email notification is sent to you giving you access to the private network discounts. Each coupon will include your name and will be date and time stamped. It will not contain any other personal information. Expiration dates vary from coupon to coupon, but they are automatically extended every 30 days unless notified by the business. Businesses are entitled to compare their coupon with yours and match up the name, the date and the time. You do not need to mail or fax the coupon to them, although it is strongly suggested when using local discounts.  You are free to give access to the private network to anyone you wish. They can be emailed to a friend directly from Granza after you log in. 
 
Q: Will I use all of my Granza Rewards? 
A:
No way. There are just too many products and services. Granza wants to have plenty of choices for the wide variety of customer tastes out there. Remember, other mortgage and real estate service providers give you little or nothing after you close with them. The good news is that each Granza Reward is completely assignable without affecting yours! Give the coupons away to your family and friends. Don't let them go to waste. Since Granza is constantly adding more businesses, your Granza Rewards can actually INCREASE over time.
 
Q: What kind of properties qualify for Granza Rewards? 
A:
Any real property qualifies--single family residences, units, condos, etc.
 
Q: How does Granza screen its Team Leader's? 
A:
Granza wants the best people for the job. Candidates must not only comply with applicable State and Federal laws, but must also agree to adhere to the Granza service agreement. This includes a high level of customer service and competitive pricing. TL's and other Team Members (TM's) must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to remain in good standing with Granza. Granza retains the right to remove any unprofessional members. 
 
Q: Do I pay for any of my Granza Rewards in any way?
A:
Never. Granza receives a fee from Team Members for using the system. The customer does not pay this fee in any way. 
 
Q: How do I know that each professional is giving me a good deal for their own services?
A:
It is always a good idea to check the competitiveness of any loan or other real estate service. Compare any other real estate or lending services to the Granza Team Members'. Combined with Rewards, your Granza deal is going to be tough to beat. Lenders and Realtors® outside of the Granza system do not have this benefit. 
 
Q: What if I have more questions? 
A:
All questions regarding Granza services are directed to your Team Leader. They will assist you themselves or redirect you to the most appropriate Team Member. For your TL's information, just log in and click on the service you had requested earlier. New users must first begin applying for a new service using a "Smart Form" to access the TL’s contact information. Remember, it does not cost you anything to ask questions and there is no obligation.
 
Q: How do I log out of Granza? 
A:
If you are logged in, the best way is to click the Log Out button at the top right of the screen. This electronically ends your user session.
